Comprendre son « système »

L’approche systémique moderne des relations humaines consiste, pour un praticien extérieur à un système social, à inviter ses membres à en mieux comprendre les rouages et interactions, dans l’espoir de ne pas les vivre de manière subie, passive et douloureuse.

Dans les sociétés traditionnelles, les mauvaises énergies (mauvais esprit, mauvais œil ou maléfices) étaient une autre manière de nommer l’influence négative des êtres les uns par rapport aux autres. Aujourd’hui encore, ce type de croyance est vivace.

Reconnaître ses astres domestiques

En Afrique, en particulier certains désordres psychosomatiques sont fréquemment réputés relever de l’influence des “astres domestiques” que reconnaît l’astrologie fondamentale. L’astrologie fondamentale (ou astrologie africaine) est probablement l’ancêtre de l’astrologie moderne… et peut-être de l’approche systémique (ou de la pratique du génogramme). Elle a pour principe que les astres qui influencent notre vie ne se nomment pas Jupiter, Mars ou Vénus, mais sont en fait des astres domestiques. Ces « astres », qui rayonnement dans notre ciel, ne sont autres que “conjoint”, “belle-mère”, “patron” ou “amis”, par exemple.

Nombre de patients atteints d’affections psychosomatiques ou de troubles psychologiques sont en fait reconnus sous influence (parfois à leur insu). La formule clef de l’astrologie africaine[1] est en effet : “Dis-moi qui te hante, je te dirai qui tu es”.

La démarche de MédiThérapie

Le praticien de MédiThérapie oriente les participants à la médiation dans une démarche de verbalisation de leurs frustrations, attentes, souffrances, inhibitions ou blocages.

Cette démarche, selon les cas – après accord du groupe concerné – se développera parfois mieux au cours d’entretiens individuels.
